Thought creates experience
I believe that our thoughts and feelings determine our experience, wanted or unwanted. And in order to successfully, and joyfully guide the experience we are living, we have to be in control of them. And not be controlled by them.
In order step beyond any unwanted life experience and into the experience we want, we have to first let go of the thought patterns that are at the basis of that experience. The first step in this process is to become conscious of the thought patterns, that we are so used to thinking, that feel so familiar, that we’re not even aware that they are simply that: thoughts we keep thinking, and not some higher undisputable truth about ourselves, our experience, our environment, in other words: a belief.

Choose your thoughts
By bringing the root causes that underlie those thought patterns to light, and understanding how, why, where and when they originated, we release resistance, we open up and we are able to let go. And that paves the way to make the real work, the work that will bring the actual change, easier: which is to go on and install the new thoughts, create new thought patterns, in other words, new beliefs that will serve us the way we want, and that will become the basis of how we want to feel, who we want to be and of the experience we want to be living.

I know, that for everything that you are living that you don’t want to be living, as well as for everything that you want to be living that you’re not yet living, you hold a belief, a thought pattern, that holds you in that unwanted reality or keeps you from realizing the desired experience.
And when you change that thought pattern, you change, and your reality changes with you.
In this powerful space of knowing that I hold for you, I guide you to the roots of those beliefs, and help you let go of them. This is done in hypnosis, for two reasons: firstly, in this alpha or theta brain wave state that I guide you into, we have broader access to information, and can get answers and discover connections that we might not be able to discover in our normal wake state. The second reason is that in this hypnotic state, our minds are more open to new ideas, new suggestions and more willing to accept them. In other words, it is a powerful state for learning.
Based on what comes up during the session and the outcomes you are looking for, I will make a completely personalized recording for you to listen to daily for at least three weeks. This is an integral part of the process, and designed to help you practice new beneficial thought patterns, in order to create the new wholesome beliefs, that will form the basis of a new reality that is desirable to you.
